Love the magnetic connection and that there are 3 attachments, so it works on all my gadgets!

Like everything about it! Works as promised and saves me time and space!

Took months to get it, after calling customer support twice and them telling me that basically it’ll get there when it gets there.

J'ai commandé via Facebook un cable lumineux.j'ai vu la pub, j'ai fais acheter. Je suis arrivée sur les câbles. proposition de prendre 1, 3 ou 5 câbles. je commande 3 câbles dont 1 gratuit. donc impossible de se tromper de câble.je reçois 3 câbles non lumineux. Le service client me fait comprendre que c'est moi qui ait fait l'erreur, ce qui impossible puisque je n'ai fait que suivre la publicité.
Il me propose de garder les 3 câbles et de m'offrir 5€. ou je renvoie la commande à mes frais. Hors c'est eux qui m'ont pas envoyé ma commande conforme.
Par contre une bonne réactivité du service client.

I have had your cable since November / December and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, the magnet of the connector has now come on and I have to charge my mobile on the old way. Takes an infinitely long time🤨😥
I've even given one to friends.

STATIK® 360 PRO

Hello everyone, I have several products from this company and they are quite normal. I still use some successfully. But I bought STATIK® 360 PRO to charge my iPhone and transfer data in the car. And it was my mistake because they either work or not?!? I wrote to the support service about this and was asked to return the product. I live in Canada, in order to save time, I found a way for the STATIK® 360 PRO magnetic tips to work correctly, they need to be removed from time to time and reinstalled in the iPhone. I thought so! And this was my second mistake! Yes, I wrote to the support service that there is such a solution, I am using it successfully now. Then came the consequences: after two months of use, the magnetic tip broke in the iPhone itself, I carefully removed it and sent a photo with the question, what should I do next? To which they replied that they have no information about the fact that I bought STATIK® 360 PRO!?
since it takes a long time to wait for answers, and sometimes there is no response at all from the Statik support service, I am sending a photo of the problematic product STATIK® 360 PRO and the situation.
In my opinion, STATIK® 360 PRO is an incomplete product, the most negative assessment. Definitely not worth buying for an iPhone!

They work well without a case on watch. It would be nice if they made an extended plug version. I will gladly update the review. If someone knows of them, please comment with information.

The magnets are very weak. I'm very disappointed. The tips are good it's the wire that is weak. What good is the hinge on the end of The Wire if the magnet isn't strong enough to stay on the phone.

Not very satisfied with this product. There’s a magnet that holds the adapter in your phone however the adapter keeps losing connection with the cable. Very difficult to keep cable attached. Definitely won’t be buying more.

They are great cords, I highly recommend them

It’s works well, although, the magnet doesn’t seem to stick to the phone very well. It fell off a couple of times when I picked up the phone to just check the time of day! :-(

PU Leather Not Leather

I purchased two of these only to find out when they arrived that they are NOT Leather and I advised that they correct the description but they have not done this yet. It is good but not worth the price quoted. In the USA leather must be different to the UK. Our leather comes off animals.

Wish they had stronger magnets! Otherwise, they could be quite handy.

Magnet disengaged too easily when the cord should spin/rotate instead

Great piece of kit only down side is when charging the Apple Watch it beeps roughly every 20seconds. Charges the phone really well.

It's nice when they actually work, but this method of charging a device is still a bit sketchy. It works sometimes and then doesn't work when you really need it to. 2 stars; I would not recommend.

I like the whole purpose of this wire... especially the fact that it works. The only improvement I'd suggest is a stronger magnetic connection for the adapters, but still a product.
