Great sound, but poor battery !

I have an open ear head phone since a pair of weeks and I'm very disappointed.
It never charges completely, the contact between the charger and the headphone seems not to work ; the light indicator doesn't work and the headphone always says "battery medium" when I turn it on. After a couple hours of use, I hear "battery low, charge me". I can't say what I want to answer...

Broken Headset, No Response from Statik

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 2 weeks. After 5 emails and documentation sent I have had no contact with them except for acknowledgement emails. It appears they are not going to contact me regarding their product and its warranty. As of now I would stay away from these products until start backing them.

Open ear Headphones

I thought I was getting a good price for these headphones. I purchased them in June. I used them everyday since purchase. In October while put them on the ear piece snapped. Leaving them useless. I had previously emailed the company requesting to purchase a n̈ew charging cord. I did not hear back from the company. I emailed them 10 days ago when the headphones broke and I have had nothing. I emailed them again today. Still waiting to hear back. I wiped down the phones after every use and placed them bacķ in the carrying case. I found the volume kind of low. They were comfortable. I will update if I get a response back.
