Stopped charging after a 3 months.

Worked great for a few months then stopped charging. Support (or lack thereof) doesn't respond. Would be nice to get this replaced while still under warranty. I recommend a different company with more reliable products and real customer support.

Very slow charging s20 ultra takes like 4 hours to charge.
