The magnets are strong is very good but the connection in the vehicle is easily disconnected
Terrible customer service. They get your sale but there is no way to reach them when things aren’t right. Ordered mine on December 7th and still don’t have tracking number or item. Now I see the claim 24 hour mailing does that mean mine gets put on hold. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts!!!!!

These chargers increase my phone battery by about 5% before they overheat minutes later and need to be recharged. There no way they will increase a phone's charge by 10 hours. They don't even last 10 minutes.
Shipping took over 6 weeks.
I also purchased extra tips at the same time and after 2 1/2 months, I still do not have them. They advertise shipping within 12 hours. LIES!!! Poor product, and poor shipping and horrible customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. I will no longer be shopping with Statik.
THE SD/TF Card slot never works. Through several connections and disconnections of the device to the computer you see that the SD Card slot drivers will not load and it connects to the computer as an unknown device PC or MAC. The USB hub that's built in fails to recognize the SD Card slot. Interestingly if you connect this hub to a hub meaning in series then the SD Card slot will load PC or MAC..... it's only when the device it connected directly to the USB-C port of a computer that the SD Card slot will not be recognized. Totally FRUSTRATED.
It works great! I love that you included a tool to remove the magnetic plug from my phone.
Ordered back towards the first of December. Says it ships fast. To this date and many emails, no response from customer service and no indication of when it might be. From other posts, it's coming from China. That's total BS
I ordered my power bank on 11/28. It was finally shipped 12/14 from China. I have been trying since 12/5 to contact customer support. Responses have been uninformative and I have been waiting since 12/12 for a response. Do not believe their claims of fast shipping and support response!

Probably wouldn't purchase one of their products again. Initially made my purchase based on them stating this was a fast charger. It's average at best. Definitely overpriced. It's a shame.
I ordered several items including cables November 23. After a week I had gotten nothing including an order confirmation. Contacted customer service and got a response including a tracking number. It was coming from China. Finally arrived Dec 13. We should be told if it is shipping out of China. Haven’t used anything yet as they are Christmas gifts. 3 stars based on ship time and lack of communication.
Great idea finicky at times with piece that stays in your device but once you remove it and reinstall it's good to go

I ordered 12/7/24 at 2:18pm. Your site said it will ship within 5 hours and then I will immediately get a notification that it shipped and a tracking #. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! I have sent over 10 requests for the information. I hav received NOTHING! My bank processed the payment to you on the 9th of December. WHERE IS MY SHIPMENT? Where is the tracking #? Am I forced to file FRAUD complaint with my bank an our state Attorney General? These are Christmas gifts for 3 relatives. They obviously will not get them for Christmas. When will I hear from you?when will I receive my order? People—BEWARE!
Worked sporadically then stopped working at all just outside the 60 days return window.
It doesn't seem to charge it in a timely manner. It takes a lot longer than I thought. My regular charger is quicker. So I mixed thought. Light everything thing about the idea but not happy about how long it takes to charge my accessories

When are you gonna make a version for the standard earbud? I bought these unaware that they only fit on a specific model of air pods(?) (one that very few people even use anymore). I ended giving them away, but was told they are extremely comfortable. Now you guys need to make make some that go on the STANDARD earbud fixture so more people can utilize this seemingly great accessory..

I bought one a little over a year ago. love the 360° rotational feature. About a week ago, I tripped over the cable while the phone was charging. The phone doesn't have a lot of inertia, so when my foot got snagged on the cable, the phone got pulled off the nightstand and onto the floor. So a day or two later, when I got an error message saying 'make sure you're using the charger that came with the phone', which I was, I went into troubleshooting mode. I tried a different cable and the
a different charger, albeit not the same specs as the original. None of these remedies in any combination fixed the problem. So I concluded that the phone USB port was damaged. So, I bought a new phone. When I got home, I plugged the new phone into the charger with the Statik cable. To my shock, I got exactly the same error. Then I thought it was the charger. I had just bought a new cable to use in the car. (I forgot about it when doing my original tests.) As you have probably guessed, that cable worked on both phones. Conclusion, the Statik cable isn't as indestructible as they claim.
I don’t like it because you touch it it hangs up your calls. And it doesn’t sit right at the ear
