First a special shout out to Andressa in customer service. After explaining how a 3rd party sold me a statik 360 Pro charging cable. Amazon couldn't even get in touch with the seller. After reaching out directly to Statik, my problem is fully resolved. The quality of the product is unmatched. Andressa sure made me feel like a VIP. Super portable and universal which makes me love it. It doesn't have as much power as those big power banks but I don't think anyone could expect this from a smaller device like this. But it totally makes the job done.
