Purchased this in November of last year and hadn't even unboxed it until about a month ago. Upon first beginning to use it I noticed that the charging block gets hot but it charged my phone quickly and efficiently so I just assumed the heat was natural, although I do unplug the block when it's not in use because of the heat production. Then one night I had my phone on charge heard a small pop from the block and it simply stopped working. Upon inspecting the block I noticed this swell on the side. Product worked great while it was charging but for the cost and to only get about one month of usage out of this is discouraging, I really enjoy statik almost all my charging needs are ran by them but this one was a letdown.

Universal?... it doesnt have the international adapters it stated including. I have no use of a plug i cant use XD
