iPhone case compatibility

The connector that inserts into the iPhone is not perfectly compatible when using iPhone protective cases. The round flange doesn't quite fit through the aperture on the case and therefor a positive engagement isn't assured. This allows the connector to be pulled out when removing the cable or not always ensuring positive connection and that charging is occurring, as evidenced by the lack of charging indication on the device. Fiddling around can temporarily correct the condition but is not at all convenient. The charger works fine on other devices and even on the iPhone without the protective case, but this is obviously undesirable.

The Statik 360 cable is designed to work seamlessly with a wide range of cases, but some thicker cases may pose a challenge for the magnetic connector to fit properly. We understand the inconvenience of having to remove the case for each charging session and apologize for any frustration this may cause. We are aware of this inconvenience, and your feedback has been shared with our development team. YES, BUT….

I am well aware that you have 6 foot length cables in your OTHER lines. But I am now most interested in the new PRO 2.0 series, which currently only has 3 and 10 foot lengths. So my question is: are you going to add 6 foot cables to THAT series? I will order 3’s and 6’s in multiple sets. Personally I have no need for 10’s. I think that would hold true for most people. If so, how soon might we expect the 6 foot variants?

WHY NOT? WHEN!?

These new cables look fantastic. I did not order yet, and gave them only four stars because there is no 6 foot length. THAT is a glaring omission. Not good. Can we expect them soon? Then I, and many others, will order!
