Return & Refund Policy
CANCELING AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED:
For unfulfilled orders - maximum 12 hours after placing the order - simply contact us at customersupport@statikco.com with your order number or the email address used during the purchase, and your cancellation request will be submitted. When/if accepted, one of our agents will contact you to confirm that your order has been canceled and your money refunded.
If the order is already in transit to you, we won’t be able to cancel it.
(i) You can refuse the package when it arrives at your address so that it can be returned to us.
(ii) If you can’t refuse it and you receive the package, we will accept the product back at our warehouse: 860 Bonnie Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
Keep in mind that the return will be at the customer's expense, and we will not refund or issue a store credit for the shipping costs, only the value of the product. For both cases, it is essential that you contact us via e-mail at customersupport@statikco.com so that we can support you and register your return request.
DEFECTIVE
It is extremely rare for any of our products to be faulty. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have a problem with your packaging or product, we will send you a replacement free of charge:
1 - Send us an e-mail to customersupport@statikco.com
2 - Attach a photo or video showing the defect. Photo or video evidence showing the defect in the usability of the product is necessary.
3 - Provide the e-mail address, your first and last name, and the shipping address you used when purchasing the product
We do not issue full refunds, issue store credits, or accept returns after 30 days of use. Full refunds and store credits are only eligible if the product is clearly broken or defective, and are conditioned on the return of the product.
If your purchase was before 2024, all products can be replaced for a period of up to 1 (one) year from the date of receipt, provided that the defect is duly proven.
If your purchase was after 2024, all products can be replaced for a period of up to 2 (two) years from the date of receipt, provided that the defect is duly proven.
RETURN - CHANGE OF MIND
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind after receiving your package within the first 30 days, all you have to do is contact us at customersupport@statikco.com so that we can register your return request and advise you on the process. The return will be at the customer's expense, and we will not refund or issue a store credit for the return shipping costs, only the value of the product.
We will ask you to send the product back to us at 860 Bonnie Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, and send us the appropriate tracking number so that we can issue your refund as soon as the package arrives back to us. Sending the tracking number is mandatory to process the refund. Also, please note that we will not accept the return of products that are not in their original condition. Items must be undamaged to be eligible for return. In this case, we will send the same product back to you.
Full refunds and store credits are conditioned on the return of the product/order. Returns outside the 30 days period are not eligible for a refund.
Finally, returns that are not communicated in advance by e-mail to our central office will not be accepted.
PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that delivery can take up to 20 working days, depending on your location. If your order hasn't arrived within this time frame or the tracking information shows that the package is lost, please contact us at customersupport@statikco.com. We will assist you promptly by sending a replacement.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If, for any reason, you have received a different product from the one you originally purchased, please contact us at customersupport@statikco.com with a photo of your package and the product you received, and we will send you the correct product as soon as possible.
WARRANTY
We at STATIK warrant our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years (if purchased after 2024) from the original delivery date of the order. Statik does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone, headset, accessory, or other device manufactured by anyone other than Statik.
If a defect in material or workmanship arises with respect to any Statik product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:
(i) replace the Statik product with a new unit of the same product, subject to availability,
(ii) issue a store credit for the value of the product or the full purchase amount
(iii) issue a refund for the original purchase if the product is within the 30-day Warranty Period when the claim is submitted. Full refunds are only eligible if the product is clearly broken or defective. In the event of a defect, these are the exclusive remedies available to the customer.
This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end customer and will not be extended to any other person or assignee. Any warranty claim must be sent via e-mail to customersupport@statikco.com and include videos or photos clearly showing the defect in the usability of the product.
STORE CREDITS
A Store Credit is a digital balance issued by Statik that can be used toward eligible purchases at statikco.com. It is non-transferable and tied to your customers’ email.

Store credits expire 12 months from the date of issue. Unused credit will not be reissued after expiration.

Cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

Cannot be used to pay return shipping fees.

Cannot be transferred to another person or account. The store credit is tied to the email used to make the purchase. If the order has no email attached to it, then the store credit will be issued to the email that contacted support.

Limited to 1 (one) use per customer.

No minimum purchase is required to use it. The code can only be used in 1 purchase. If the total of the store credit is not redeemed on the purchase, the remaining amount cannot be used in the future.

Cannot be used with other promo codes.

Store credits are always issued in US dollars.

Returns Using Store Credit
Items purchased using Store Credit follow a separate set of return guidelines. Please review the policies below to understand how returns and further credits are handled:
(i) Refunds for Returns Made Using Store Credit
If you return an item that was originally purchased with Store Credit, the refunded amount will be reissued as Store Credit only. No cash or original payment method refunds will be provided in these cases. Only applies 30 days after delivery.
(ii) Finality of Store Credit Selection
By choosing Store Credit instead of a refund at the time of return or cancellation, you agree that this decision is final. Once Store Credit is issued, the original purchase amount cannot be refunded to your original payment method at a later time under any circumstances.
(iii) Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Items purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, they may qualify for a replacement or exchange if the item is defective, damaged, or falls within the terms of our Warranty or Replacement Policy.
In rare cases, we may allow a one-time exception where Store Credit can be reissued for another return, but this is subject to approval and limited to a single occurrence per customer.
Right to Modify
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Store Credit means you accept the updated terms.
REFUND PERIOD
All refunds will be made as soon as the request is accepted by our support team, and always to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that banks sometimes take 5 to 10 working days to return funds to customers after we have processed the refund. We do not accept returns or issue refunds of the original order value after 30 days from the date of receipt. For claims made after this period with the allegation of a product defect, only replacements will be made.
