The product itself is high quality and I love it I just had to wait a couple months and talking to customer service to get it

10 months ago I purchased the Tsumocharge cable. It was a great product and performed well for about 2 months when the connection at the device port lost its connection. I went to Statikco support and that’s when the misery began. I gave them video, pictures, and order information which generated canned emails that promised immediate response to the issue. I didn’t hear anything for weeks and I replied to the support email, resubmitted the problem several times, and failed to get Statikco’s attention for several months. BUT eventually they did send a replacement cable in April of 2024. In July the same problem happened and I began contacting Statikco support again in August of 2024 of the issue with the replacement cable (I had backup cables so there was no rush to get a replacement). I have subsequently resubmitted the request, emailed support many times and have received NO RESPONSE. If there was a phone number for support, I would call them. I’m beginning to think that there is no support for this product or that Statikco has blocked my email. I do have a positive interaction with Statikco though. I purchased their 360 cables with the magnetic tips and it has preformed extremely well. That is the ONLY positive interaction I have had with this company in the past year. Their customer service is THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I never got the item delivered and they are marked as delivered. There is no one responding to my emails. And there is no phone number for customer support. I am reaching out to my credit card company to report fraud.

Charges so fast

It was charging fast. Loved the cable but after only two month of use It just started to loose connection without any movement of the cable. It just stop charging. I had to reconnect and wiggle to cable u til it would start charging and then it would stop working. Very frustrating.
