I ordered at the beginning of dec and haven't even heard anything about my.order shipping yet!!! Honestly terrible communication and terrible shipping rate, I love the product concept especially for my 9 yr old however if you want the product before 6 months after you have ordered don't bother!!!

I got my cable in March of 2024 and it has already broken. It looks like where it was attached to the swiveling part it wasn’t soldered correctly and came apart.

This cable has a swivel end for the device, and I didn’t realize how much I needed that! I keep my tablet on a stand and rotate it between portrait and landscape modes. This cord allows it to lay flat in either direction. It also seems to charge quickly and reliably. It emits a soft purple light at the device end, which doesn’t glare too much in a dark room.
