Placed my order the beginning of December. Was sent a tracking number shortly after that doesn't work. You took my money and now I can't get a straight answer on my shipment. Emailing doesn't work because no one ever answers them.
I ordered from this company on 12/10/24. I received notification on 12/11/34 that my order had been received and the money was taken out of my account. I never received notification of the order being shipped and never received the order. I have reached out to customer service email multiple times with no response. Do NOT order from this company they are a rip off.

Same as everyone else I placed order they took the money and I have yet to receive a tracking number going on 2 weeks DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
The big issue is that the device won’t work with my new IPhone latest Max version with Otterbox protective case. The device won’t charge my phone unless I take the case off! Silly, but true! And the case doesn’t remove very easily. Ouch! Another waste to chalk up to experience!

Placed order on 12/11/24, Statik took money from my account 12/12/24 and have yet to send my order for these. I have written 5 emails with no response. I will leave a better review once I receive my order.
I ordered 7 of these cables for Xmas gifts on December 7, 2024 and still haven’t received them. I contacted support and I received a “canned reply “ that the message volume was high and they would contact me soon. Nothing. Wish I could get my money back!!
Not happy that I have to remove the adapter to use the battery attachment. Disappointed.
Do not like the fact that you have to keep removing the adapter to use the cord. Both have different adapters.
Great device!! Getting another 2 more especially for the price when it’s on sale can’t beat it anywhere. It’ll stay charged up to 3 days depending on what your charging

I ordered several of the magnetic charging cords early in December and was charged for them on my card but never received anything from the company.
Tried several times to get in contact with them from the site and through an generic email that I received from the CEO thanking me for my order but never received a return message telling me what was going on and how to speak to someone.
It is mow January and still have not heard anything.
