Sorry for the lengthy review, but Statik really impressed me this week. In Nov of 2023 I bought their 100W Tsumocharge orange cable that was supposed to be indestructible and in 3 months it stopped performing. There was a noticeable break in charging when the cable was flexed. I also had their regular magnetic cable and used that, and it was very reliable and very usable. When I tried to get the orange cable replaced under warranty, I ran into horrible service from Statik. It took me a month to get their attention that the cable was really defective; unanswered emails, answered emails that questioned that it was defective, and just all around poor service after the sale. Once I got their attention, I was told that product was not in stock, and that they would replace it with a 360 pro magnetic cable. it took almost a month more to get the replacement cable to my doorstep. I guess their customer service was not set up at that time and they were only in sales mode.
Long story a bit longer but important, I received the 360 Pro and it was great! So much so that I bought 2 more. One for the car (it works reliably with Apple CarPlay), and the others I use in different rooms of the house. All my devices have plugins - phones, speakers, etc. and that makes charging simple. No more plugging in cables.
Now for the best part and what really makes Statik a special company now. The magnetic tip on one of my cables cracked and would no longer charge my device. The outside ring was only half there. On Tuesday of this week, I sent an email to their Customer Support with a picture of the issue. Within 30 minutes I had several responses from their Customer Support. In 45 minutes, I had an email saying that they had placed a replacement order for me. However, they had the length wrong. I replied to that email and told them that I had a 6 foot cable. The order was immediately canceled and replaced with the correct product. Today is Saturday, and I just received the new replacement cable via USPS. That’s 4 day turnaround!!! I also got numerous emails telling me the status of the order and shipping and tracking information.
Needless to say, Statik’s customer support is 1,000% better and is the best I have encountered to date. It is refreshing to know that the product is exceptional, and that if there is a problem, the company will take care of it quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Statik.
