I bought 2 of these…
The concept is great (1 star)…
Performance is miserable (0 stars)…
It takes forever for the actual power bank to get fully charged…
Then it barely stays in my iPhone without holding it in unless you take the case off…
But wait there’s more…
I like to keep my phone with a decent battery charge… So at about 30% I’ll plug her in… It barely gets the phone to a full charge before the charger is dead… If it only puts out that much “charge” how are you going to charge two devices with it…

Customer service horrible

I didn’t get my full order and when I reached out to customer service they have not returned my emails. I ordered it in August. Just hoping that they would make it right before I left this review but they haven’t.
