Great sound, but poor battery !

I have an open ear head phone since a pair of weeks and I'm very disappointed.
It never charges completely, the contact between the charger and the headphone seems not to work ; the light indicator doesn't work and the headphone always says "battery medium" when I turn it on. After a couple hours of use, I hear "battery low, charge me". I can't say what I want to answer...

Broken Headset, No Response from Statik

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 2 weeks. After 5 emails and documentation sent I have had no contact with them except for acknowledgement emails. It appears they are not going to contact me regarding their product and its warranty. As of now I would stay away from these products until start backing them.

Terrible product and awful after sales service

I bought 2 of these headphones in June. They arrived in July and within 2 weeks the arms on one unit crumbled away so the transducers no longer touch my head. A month ago customer service replied to my complaint and promised a replacement. I got an order confirmation of the replacement, but still nothing has shipped. I have emailed customer service 4 times in the last 10 days and got no response at all.
Very poor service and awful build quality.
Very disappointing as the Statik Pro cables have been excellent.

Will not charge

I left this review previously. I searched all of the one star reviews and my review is GONE!! SO I WILL POST IT AGAIN!!!!

I purchased 2 Aktive bone conduction headphones. I kept one as a back up in case I ever left one downstairs versus up on the their floor where my bedroom is. I took out the back up set and when I tried to pair it to my phone it read on my phone as being at 10% battery. As soon as I turned it on and I heard power on/ pairing over the headphone, 2 seconds later I heard power off. I have tried charging the headphone several times using different outlets and sources, I even tried over night. And the headphones still do not take a charge. Now the headphones will not turn on at all!!!! I do not use the headphones often as my hearing aides connect to my phone automatically. Therefore, I do not know if this set came this way to me or not. I do keep both of the headphones I purchased in their original cases one in my nightstand drawer and the other in a drawer at my desk. So I know that they have been kept in very very good condition and are stored safely since I received them.
I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MY REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!! I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS REGARDING THE ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED!!!!!! I HAVE RECEIVED AUTO REPLY EMAILS AND AN EMAIL WITH THE EXCUSE THAT THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK (TWO 360 PRO CHARGINGCABLES). THE EMAIL I SENT REGARDING MY BONE CONDUCTION HEADPHONES HAS ONLY RECEIVED AN AUTO REPLY!!!!! IF MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT SOME RARE ANOMALY AND THERE ARE NOT A MULTITUDE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUES I AM, I FAIL TO SEE HOW YOUR COMPANY IS THE FASTEST GROWING SMALL TECH COMPANY. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT IN WAITING OVER TWO MONTHS.
DO NOT SEND ME A REPLY THAT REQUESTS THAT I EXPLAIN ONCE AGAIN THE ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED. SIMPLY FIX THE ISSUES BY SENDING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS. I HAVE EVEN RESORTED TO REPLYING TO EMAILS REGARDING NEW PRODUCTS OR SALES SENT TO MY INBOX FROM MICHAEL TUNNEY (co-founder) of STATIK. HE CLAIMS IN THOSE EMAILS HE READS ALL EMAILS SENT TO STATIK. AND YET I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE OR REPLACEMENT OF MY PRODUCTS!
