Return & Refund Policy




  1. For orders not shipped - maximum of 24 hours after placing the order - you just need to contact us at providing your order number or the e-mail address used during your purchase and your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded 

  2. For orders in transit to you - If you can, refuse the package when it reaches your address so it comes back to us. If this is not possible and you receive the package, we’ll accept the product back in our partner’s warehouse: 860 Bonnie Lane, ElkGrove Village, IL 60007. For both methods, please contact us by e-mail so we can issue your refund as soon as the package is back to us.



It is extremely rare for any of our products to be defective. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so if you have any issue with your package or product we’ll send you a free replacement, you just need to:

  2. Attach a photo or video showing the defect;

  3. Provide the email registered at your purchase, your first and last names, and the address that you wish to get the new unit;



If you, for any reason, change your mind after receiving your package in the first 60 days and wish to return it to us in order to get another product or a refund, all you have to do is contact us at so we can initiate the return process. We’ll ask you to send the product back to us at 860 Bonnie Lane, ElkGrove Village, IL 60007 and we’ll issue your refund or ship you the desired product as soon as the package gets back to us. If you choose an exchange, please note that price difference will be applied for both cheaper and more expensive products. Also, please note that we won’t accept the return of products that are not in their original condition. In this case, we’ll send the same product back to you.



We send you a tracking number at the stage of dispatch to the email address you registered when ordering. Our delivery methods can take up to 15 working days. If the item has not arrived after this period or your tracking says that your package is lost. please contact us at and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP.



If you, for any reason, received from us a different product than the one that you originally bought, contact us at with a picture of your package and the product that you received and we’ll send you the correct one ASAP.



We at Statik warrant our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship for a period of two years, from the date of the original purchase of the product by a consumer. Statik does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than Statik. If a material, manufacturing, or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Statik product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) replace the Statik product with a new unit of the same product, depending on availability, (ii) issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase of the product, (iii) issue a refund for the original purchase if the product is within the Warranty Period when the warranty claim is submitted. In the event of a defect, these are the exclusive remedies for the customer. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end customer and will not be extended to any other person or transferee. Any warranty claim must be submitted by email to, and include videos or photos clearly showing the defect on the product’s usability.



All the refunds will be made as soon as the request is accepted by our support team, and always in the same payment method that you used to place your order. Note that sometimes banks take 5~10 business days to give the money back to customers after we process a refund.
